[The video feed shows a rather nervous-looking guy with bright yellow hair. It looks like he's standing in Vanville Town, and light catches his metallic left arm as he fidgets.]

So, uh, maybe this is kinda a dumb question, but is there some reason I just woke up in Pokemon world? 'Cause I really shouldn't be here. I mean, I guess it's kinda cool? I got a Pikachu! But I'm still feeling a little - yeah, no, I'm feeling a LOT kidnapped. So if -

[Is that a sound of a scuffle? And possibly tiny lightning bolts being fired?]

- woah, hey, don't...you don't have to fight that!

[And the communicator is unceremoniously shoved away into his pocket. Back in a bit.]

I think 'kidnapped' is... a harsh way to put it, but... [Well, it's a pretty blunt way to say it, but it felt true. She saw the metallic arm, but to her humans are pretty alien anyway...]

U-um... is everything okay...?

[He returns with a sparking Pikachu held under his arm a few minutes later.

[His voice is growing increasingly high-pitched. Talking ponies appear to be the straw that broke Arthur. He doesn't want to be a pony.]

Y-Yes... we're all ponies where I come from... [Oh man, that's beginning to freak her out.]

[Watch Arthur visibly repress the panic, Coco. It's generalized "alternate dimension shit" panic, at least, more triggered by the presence of talking ponies than actually about it.]

Okay! That's fine then! What's your name...talking pony...miss?

[She's just going to... try and keep herself from panicking. She's still not even used to this place herself.]

U-um... m-my name is C-Coco... What's yours...? [Strange looking human person with the metal arm...? Orange man. She will call you Orange Man.]

[The Pikachu rolls her eyes and whacks him in the side with her tail.]

"Kidnapped" may be the right word for this circumstance. The bigger question is by whom...or perhaps by what.

(Yes, this is an Espeon pointing this out, as if adding to the irony.)

But yes, this is a Pokemon world. Kalos, it's called.

(She should probably be concerned that he's stuck in a fight, but she's not. He can handle it. Probably.)

[Apparently he could handle it, because he's back and not looking much worse for the wear. Just holding on very tightly to his Pikachu, who is a bit mussed up but seems to have been vastly enjoying herself.]
