003 - A worrying development [Action, Closed to Sonic, Fluttershy and Nephenee]
[The battle with Nightmare was over, and thus after everyone awoke, Tails immediately began messing with his holocaster and PSS. Eventually, any of his team looking over at him would notice him start listening in. He turned to his team and motioned them over. Whether it was one by one or altogether, he had a recording to make them listen to. And a very worried expression on his face.]
Come listen to this.
[He pressed play...]
"Well, well. It seems Nightmare's been defeated. I suppose that's one plan out the window." [It's not clear whose voice this is, as it seems distorted. The next voice was very clear, however...]
"No matter! Now that I've figured out how the dimensional portals work, it's only a matter of time before I figure out a way back home and a way to strand those bothersome pests here!"
"Hmph. I can only hope you'll do better than the last.... employees that I have had. Succeed in your mission, and you will be handsomely rewarded."
"Ooohohohohohoh! You have my word. I guarantee that I will do everything in my power to stop them! You will find your way home, and I mine, and none of them will be able to follow! All I have to do is keep opening more, until we find the right ones! Nobody will be able to stop me!"
[He puts down his wrists, and balls his hands into fists.]
That dirty, rotten... being stranded here like us, he'd still do whatever he could to make sure we're out of his way! Eggman's going to pay for this!
